The Vegan Cheesemonger has cracked it with this blue cheese. It has an excellent rind, with the mould veins rippling throughout the cheese. Matured for two weeks, this cheese has a lovely flavour and texture. 


Perfect on a cracker with some vegan honey, or crumbled on top of a lovely creamy spinach and walnut pasta!
