SOUND + SUPPER

Immersive floating soundbath experience followed by a light supper.

Drift into the ultimate relaxation at our Floating Soundbath hosted by @alchemyinthenewforest and @studioknoga.

You'll be greeted by soothing sounds and scents in dappled candlelight, before being shown onto your floating bed, when your unique restorative journey will begin.

After a gentle guided meditation by Cloudi, your soundbath will begin. Using a beautiful blend of bowls and gongs, Fiona will curate a sound healing like no other. After floating for an hour, you'll be assisted back onto your feet to enjoy a light supper cooked by Bobs from The Tinkers Granddaughter.

We'll round off the evening with a nourishing Ayurvedic warm drink, so you're left feeling truly restored and ready for a wonderful night's sleep.

You'll be fully clothed for this experience, light layers are recommended. You are welcome to bring blankets, pillows and eye masks to snuggle in and get totally cosy.
