A day of art and movement, hosted by Studio Knoga, with a whole variety of yogis and artists hosting wonderful classes from:
Painting, jewellery making, air dry clay, finger knitting, cyanotype to vinyasa, ashtanga, rocket, dance fitness, meditation.
With The Tinker's Granddaughter and Beaky Blinders providing delicious handmade food and drink.
