Join us in The Attic for a revitalising evening of yoga, relaxation and feasting. Featuring handpicked organic ingredients from Warborne Farm.
We'll begin the evening with an hour of revitalising yoga with Cloudi of Studio Knoga. Followed by a relaxed and nutritious two-course supper, which we'll serve outside (weather permitting!) And then half an hour meditation and relaxation. Finishing off with a nourishing Ayurvedic warm drink to round off the evening and ensure a lovely night's sleep!
