'Around The Table' Cooking Class

After many requests, the time has finally come to launch my cooking classes! It will be an intimate affair, with just six guests around my kitchen table. You will each have your own station, so you can cook with me as I teach you how to coax the ultimate flavour from plant-based ingredients.

The evening will begin with drinks and nibbles whilst I talk through what we'll be making.

We'll all then cook together, whilst I wander round giving tips and answering any questions.

Once we've finished cooking, we'll sit down and eat the dish that I've cooked for us, with plenty of wine!

You will get to take home the dish that you will have prepared to share with your loved ones! As well as a printed recipe so that you can re-create it at home.
